Heidi Alm Falkert weekly program

Wednesdays from 10 a.m until 1. p.m.;  Fridays from 10 a.m. until 1.p.m. and Mondays from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. (mid June until mid September) Those, who are looking for a slightly larger challenge than the climbing wall near Heidi-Hotel has to offer, and who have already mastered the training, can test the 50 metre long children’s via ferrata situated next to the Heidi-Hotel Falkertsee, ideal for children and adults wishing to make their first via ferrata experience. Guests new to the sport should grab the opportunity and give it a shot. Practicing on the children’s via ferrata and the use of the flying fox is exclusively part of our weekly activity program.

Mondays at 10 a.m. and Thursdays 10 a.m. “climbing taster sessions“ The 10 m north-faced climbing wall at Heidi-Hotel Falkertsee offers perfect conditions for first climbing attempts on the wall under expert supervision. Our climbing course for guests of all ages provides:

• complimentary taster sessions are a good introduction to climbing and a great idea for anyone interested in this sport but wanting to know a little bit more about it first.
• Our climbing course is designed to take you through basic climbing knowledge including general equipment, safety, rope work and basic movement techniques.

Introduction to bouldering - free climbing at jump height

With a guide it's 10 minutes on foot into the Sunday valley to the boulders of the Heidi-Alm boulder park. Here you come into contact with real rock, you can feel it and learn how you can best keep your hands, arms and feet in the rock. Bouldering means free climbing at jump height. You are not secured here, but you can always jump off the rock onto the boulder mat below. Tuesdays at 10 a.m.

Xandi, the riding instructor from the Heidi-Hotel, offers beside the Heidi Park, at the Zirbenhütte, riding courses for beginners and advanced children.

Mondays from 10 to 12 a.m. and Fridays from 4 to 6 p.m. “fish & fun“ for children at the Heidi pond Children are invited out for an exciting time of fishing fun at the Heidi pond in the Heidi Park and given the opportunity to learn basic fishing skills.
